Loving the place

I am loving living here?, they are very helpful and kind. We moved almost a month ago and Marlene has been very nice since the day we filled out our application. The building is well care, the maintenance staff is super friendly and fix things super quick and well done; they keep you posted with everything. Truly recommended.

Great Apartment

The apartment i live in has updated appliances as well as tile flooring. With the amenities provided by the apartment; it is worth every rent check. The gym could use more equipment but other than that, the amenities are great. Staff are extremely friendly and help out whenever they can.

Washer and Dryer

I do not think it is right that I am paying for a washer and dryer I do not have, I moved from 65 to 13 because my rent went from 1,260 to 1,615, then I was offered an upgrade with a washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances, was told it would be 15 dollars more for the washer and dryer, after a month the washer and dryer was removed, now mind you, some apartments still have washer and dryers which I do not think is fair, I am a good tenant, pay my rent on time every month and this is how you treat your tenants, WOW, I know 15 dollars is not a lot, it is just the principle of it all. And to think, I used to love living here.

Moved in about two months ago we've had no problems every service ticket has been completed quick and the only noise is sirens but if you live next to a hospital what do you expect but overall a awesome place to rent mad love to the racquet club
