Couples, roommates, and small families typically choose the 1,080-square-foot two-bedroom for the extra space and second bathroom upstairs.

What's included in the rent? Water, sewer, trash, and access to all community amenities — including both pools, the spa, fitness center, tennis court, and clubhouse — are included. Electricity, gas, internet, and cable are billed separately by your provider.

Do floor plans include in-unit washer/dryer? Washer/dryer hookups are available in select homes. We also offer convenient on-site laundry care. Ask our leasing team for current availability.

Moved in about two months ago we've had no problems every service ticket has been completed quick and the only noise is sirens but if you live next to a hospital what do you expect but overall a awesome place to rent mad love to the racquet club
