I do not think it is right that I am paying for a washer and dryer I do not have, I moved from 65 to 13 because my rent went ... from 1,260 to 1,615, then I was offered an upgrade with a washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances, was told it would be 15 dollars more for the washer and dryer, after a month the washer and dryer was removed, now mind you, some apartments still have washer and dryers which I do not think is fair, I am a good tenant, pay my rent on time every month and this is how you treat your tenants, WOW, I know 15 dollars is not a lot, it is just the principle of it all. The new renovation are making this complex a 1000 times nicer. Im glad the new management actually does things around here.

This apartment complex is so good for the price. The property is super clean and well maintained, the staff goes above and beyond, and the units are huge. Definitely looking into these apartments.

Moved in about two months ago we've had no problems every service ticket has been completed quick and the only noise is sirens but if you live next to a hospital what do you expect but overall a awesome place to rent mad love to the racquet club

I recently toured this property and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff. Everyone was supper nice and had a great attitude. Defiantly thinking about leasing a unit here.
